Life Update

Hi!

I wanted to share a little life update with you. As many of you know, my daughter is in her senior year of high school (cue the proud mom tears and the how-did-we-get-here-so-fast disbelief). This year comes with a whirlwind of events, college applications, and milestones that I don’t want to miss—so I’ll be stepping back a bit from my usual full schedule of sessions.

Don’t worry, I’m not disappearing! I’ll still be offering appointments, just in a more limited way. Think of it as me practicing what I preach—honoring the seasons of life, creating balance, and tending to the heart as much as the to-do list.

If you’d like to schedule, I recommend booking early since spots will be fewer than usual. And if you don’t see something open right away, check back or reach out—I’ll do my best to find a time that works.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support while I focus on being present for my daughter’s big year. I’m excited to keep working with you (with maybe just a little extra coffee and tissues on my end).
