My Meditation Practice
My meditation practice began as a means of creating a quiet space. It was the way I created a personal sanctuary and found my spiritual core.
My goal for this studio space is to create a community of like minded who seek sanctuary and connection with themselves, the divine, and the community.
Class time is quiet time. Once you enter the space, it's a time for reflection, peace, and connection. I will offer a variety of types of meditation to accommodate all levels of meditators. My practice is based on the foundations of Shamanism and Journey work. All of my guided meditations are channeled.

My personal meditation practice is about finding the quiet. It's about moving to a place of calm to feel the energy of my body and allow that energy to free flow through my body.
Meditation is a really personal healing practice. My goal for each of my students is to help them discover their practice and what works best for them.
My recorded meditations and in-person meditations are guided. The guidance I give is for the purpose of deeper introspection and healing. While you'll achieve the benefits of relaxation, you'll also leave my space feeling lifted and confident, happier and ready to face the next steps in your journey.
